A mothers pain

In my working for Mobile Mini for the over 4 years I was there I have met a lot of women.  Some strong, some not so strong.  Kim Obert is a strong one.  We bonded immediately over the major loss of loved ones in our life.  I found out that she had taken this job to cope with the fresh loss of her son.  She could hardly bring herself to speak of him.  When we did speak, it was behind closed doors with Kleenexes on hand.  Kim has come so far and has taken her loss and turned it into something positive by speaking out and speaking in public about the dangers of prescription drug abuse.  See her interview here: http://www.azfamily.com/video/3tvextra-index.html?nvid=221910&shu=1

The things kids say...

Babysitting Nick & Alex tonight... We ordered pizza and I announced that the pizza would be here at 6:30 and we continued to play Zooreka, great game all your parents out there, and Alex was intently watching the clock. Alexandra announces "6:20 10 more minutes, I hope he comes early! I'm hungry!" I don't know why but it made me laugh so hard. I freakin' love these kids!
